CAMPERVANS & MOTORHOMES
Festival goers who feel like driving a campervan or a motorhome to the site can purchase limited campervan tickets from the online shop.
Go to the ‘Buy Tickets’ section and click on ‘Buy Accommodation’ on 17th November
There will be a designated motor vehicle area within the campsite. We are going to limit the number of campervan and motorhome tickets this year due to the limited capacity available on site so you will need to get in early to avoid disappointment.
Campervan & Motorhome ticket price
1 space – $199.00 + booking fee per vehicle
NB each person arriving in the motor vehicle will also need a 3 day festival weekend ticket (see below).
No tents allowed in the Motorhome area
Due to fire, health and safety regulations, strictly no tents will be allowed in the Campervan and motor home area sadly we have to be strict this year.
No powered sites
We do not have any powered sites available. Check with your hire company to see if they can supply a noiseless generator or if the vehicle has a long battery life.
Facilities
There are male and female shower blocks and toilets next to the Motorhome area.
Event Tickets
Each person will require a 3 day festival event ticket to attend the festival you can purchase the tickets from the ‘Buy Tickets’ section of the web site
Booking Confirmation
Once we have received payment you will be sent a booking confirmation email and we will post out a Campervan or Motorhome pass with full instructions on what you can and can’t bring to the festival
Group Bookings
Please note all vehicles will have to arrive or check in together to ensure they are allocated spaces next to or near each other i.e. you have to arrive and drive onto the festival site at the same time you can’t reserve spots in advance.
Car Searching & Ticket and wristband exchange
Patron’s who are staying in Campervans & Motorhomes can exchange their tickets at the Ticket/ID/Bag search area once they have crossed the Webbs Creek Car Ferry.
We are going to have a designated vehicle and ticket checking area which is situated on private land before the festival as opposed to the road leading onto the site to avoid traffic congestion.
Once your vehicle has been checked for a valid motor home pass, your tickets exchanged for wristbands and your vehicle searched for alcohol, drugs and glass (please see What Not To Bring) you will be given a clearance pass which you will then need to produce at the final festival check point.
Please note you will receive full instructions when we send out your info pack including the Motor home vehicle pass.
