For those of you who don’t want to carry camping equipment, find a pitch and put up your tent we have the answer for you!

You can pre-order your tent, air bed & sleeping bag online as a package and all you have to do is turn up and check in at the tent hotel reception. The Tent Hotel adds a bit of comfort and convenience to the Weekender experience.

We can offer a range of different tents, from cosy 2 man to roomy 4 man packages plus all the extras to make your stay all that more enjoyable such as sleeping bags and an air mattress.

Tent Hotel Packages -

2 man standard package – $185 + b fee
4 man tent – no bedding or mattress included

2 man deluxe package – $315 + b fee
4 man tent – 1 double blow up mattress and 2 new sleeping bags

4 man standard package – $305 + b fee
10 man tent with central divider – no bedding or included

4 man deluxe package – $595 + b fee
10 man tent with central divider i.e 2 rooms – 2 x double mattresses and 4 brand new sleeping bags included.

What tickets and packages do I need to buy?

Festival ticket

Festival goers need to purchase either:

  • 3 Day Weekend Festival ticket  (2nd until 4th March)

Tents will be allocated with a simple numbering system.

Please bring your booking receipt and photo ID to the  ’Tent Hotel Check In’ at the event.

Full instructions will be sent via email 14 days prior to the event. Please note that lighting is not included in the tents; only battery powered lighting is permitted.

A refundable cash or credit card deposit will be deducted when you check in.
