These terms & conditions shall constitute a contract between Playground Festivals Pty Ltd (ACN 154 028 289)(“Promoter”) and you (“you”) in relation to the event known as “Playground Weekender” (“Event”) to be held at Del Rio Riverside Resort, Wiseman’s Ferry (“Site”).

Any ticket purchased in respect of the Festival and your entry to and presence at the Event is subject to the following terms & conditions.

GST POLICY

All service and delivery fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will not be issued other than for cancellation of the Event.

In the case of an Event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled Event.  Booking fees, service fees, delivery fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable. The Promoter is not liable for any damage, compensation, loss or expenses as a result of the Event being cancelled, postponed, relocated or changed for whatever reason.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
To purchase a ticket by debit card or credit card, you will be re-directed to a merchant facility (“Merchant Facility”).

The Merchant Facility is operated by Tent Hotels Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 17 129 547 208) as agent for the Promoter.  Your purchase of a ticket to the Event will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to Tent Hotels Australia Pty Ltd.

ARTIST & RUNNING ORDER CHANGES
In relation to the Event, the Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary the advertised program and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause.  The Promoter is not liable for any damage, compensation, loss or expenses as a result of these changes.

Please note that if there are any last minute changes to the playing times we will display them on large information boards throughout the Site and also the at the Information Point.

WEATHER POLICY
The Event is an all weather event and will continue rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring summer clothes, sunscreen, warm clothes and wet weather gear.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Event is an over 18’s event only and valid photo ID must be shown to gain entry.

Children under the age of 5 can attend for free as long as they are accompanied by an adult.  Children between the ages of 5 and 18 are not permitted unfortunately.

CONDUCT AT THE EVENT
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the Event and/or Site in reasonable circumstances including without limitation:
1. for health and safety or licensing reasons;
2. if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event;
3. if you use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms;
4. if in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion you are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
5. if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age;
6. if you breach these terms and conditions;
7. if your ticket to the Event is void.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
You must NOT bring any of the following items onto the Site:
1. Glass – Patrons will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind onto the the Site. Broken glass is dangerous for kids and for animals that will be using the Site after the event;
2. Alcohol – No alcohol is to be brought onto the Site, campsite or entertainment area as this contravenes our licensing agreement;
3. Gas bottles, cookers or BBQs;
4. Sound systems – Sound systems are NOT allowed or welcome on the Site or in the campsite. We have to respect our neighbours;
5. Animals – Animals are NOT allowed under any circumstances in the Site or in the campsite area;
6. Any illegal drugs – full searches will be conducted prior to entry;
7. Portable laser equipment and pens;
8. Texters and permanent markers;
9. Weapons or knives (including pocket knives); and
10. Fireworks or anything dangerous.

You may be inspected for prohibited items on entry or during the Event.  If you are found with prohibited items you may be refused entry, ejected or have those items confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned or replaced.

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time, and to refuse admission to you, or eject you, from the Event and/or Site should you refuse to comply with such security searches

NO RECORDING OR FILMING
No unauthorised recording or filming is permitted at the Site unless you have a specific media pass.  Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes, not public display.

You consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion/recording of the Event.

DELIVERY METHODS
Door list
If your order is for box office delivery, your name will be left on the door list. No refunds will be processed for any tickets left unclaimed at the box office.
The card holder whose name the tickets were purchased under must have valid picture identification when showing up at the Event to be granted admission. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry. If you are purchasing tickets for other people they will need to arrive with you.

Registered Post
If you have opted for your order to be sent via Australia Post, your order will require a signature for delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages yet this is a secure delivery. A unique identification number for every article is recorded, and insurance cover of up to $100 is included. Good for delivery anywhere in Australia!

Print at Home
If you have opted for your order to be sent via print at home, your order will be sent via PDF to your computer through a link and email. The cardholder must sign and be present picture ID for the redemption of the print at home ticket. This ticket contains a unique code that can only be used once for entry. Please keep in a safe place.

International Registered Post
You MUST select this option if you are having your ticket sent outside Australia. Your order will require a signature for delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages yet this is a secure delivery. A unique identification number for every article is recorded.
